背景简介:

支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,简称哮喘)是一种以嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞反应为主的气道变应性炎症和气道反应性为特征的疾病。由于哮喘的发病机制复杂,病因与发病机理尚不明了,临床实验受伦理及方法限制,因此需要通过构建哮喘动物模型来研究疾病发生发展以及制定相应治疗措施。尘螨是常见的空气过敏原,85%的哮喘患者对尘螨过敏。屋尘螨是一种免疫复合物,能够激活先天免疫和后天免疫应答。研究表明,HDM中的蛋白酶,如胰蛋白酶样酶,催过敏有促进作用,从而导致过敏几天对尘螨的过敏反应。
利用尘螨诱发动物建立哮喘模型,方法简便,操作性强,且成功率高。

美国Greer 公司专注于过敏原检测,提供各种动物、植物及食品、真菌等各种过敏原提取物。尘螨过敏原提取物,广泛应用于哮喘模型的制备。

产品应用:

1.该产品为冻干粉,一般推荐客户参照COA中的蛋白浓度做稀释,客户收到货后用去离子水或蒸馏水稀释至相应工作浓度或储液浓度。比如:2.5ml包装的,加入2.5ml水,因为每个批次的蛋白含量有差异,可根据质检报告,计算终浓度。客户也可依据自身实验要求,稀释到任意浓度。

2.过敏原稀释后,如果一次用不完,推荐分装后-20℃保存(可分装成使用浓度后保存)。可冻融一次,解冻后,在一周内用完。

3.冻干粉过敏原效期为10年。

4.常见的两个比较相似的产品:B82 和B84,B82 和B84,均只代表D.pteronyssinus,不是实际订货货号,D.pteronyssinus产品分粗制品和冻干粉,实货都是冻干粉。冻干粉是粗品进一步纯化后的产品。B82和B84在粗品阶段,只在纯度上有细微差别,货号分别为:RMB82M 和RMB84M。冻干粉的D.pteronyssinus只有XPB82D3A2.5这一个货号(是由粗品RMB82M纯化后获得。)
