Annexin V 细胞凋亡检测试剂盒

Annexin V/PI法是目前较为流行的检测细胞凋亡的方法。AnnexinV是一种钙依赖性的磷脂结合蛋白，对磷脂酰丝氨酸（phosphatidyl-serine,PS）具有较高的亲和性，它可以较为敏感的检测细胞膜表面的翻转的PS。将Annexin-V进行荧光素（FITC、PE）标记，以标记的Annexin-V作为荧光探针，利用流式细胞或荧光显微镜可检测细胞凋亡的发生。该方法快速可靠，不需要固定细胞，从而避免了Tunel法因固定而出现的DNA 段丢失，该方法广泛用于细胞的早期凋亡检测。
